OFFICES

Atlanta. Warsaw. Kyiv.
Three offices. One line of work.

Our geography is not incidental. The firm operates at the eastern flank of the Western industrial and commercial order — and the offices sit on the axis along which that work happens.

ON GEOGRAPHY

The offices are the map.

Atlanta anchors the firm’s U.S. practice. It is the operational base for the export-controls, ITAR, and industrial work that runs through U.S. regulatory frameworks. The city’s historical role in aerospace and industrial manufacturing makes it a natural location for a practice oriented toward cross-border industrial transactions.

Warsaw sits at the center of the European practice, operationally and symbolically. It is the hub for EU corporate and commercial work, the coordination point for cross-border transactions within Central and Eastern Europe, and the jurisdiction from which much of the regulatory interface with the EU framework runs. Kyiv houses the Ukrainian practice — reconstruction finance, infrastructure and energy transactions, critical materials, and the on-the-ground coordination that Ukrainian mandates require. The three offices together form an operational triangle matched to the commercial and regulatory geography of our work.
