Atlanta anchors the firm’s U.S. practice. It is the operational base for the export-controls, ITAR, and defense-industrial work that runs through U.S. regulatory frameworks. The city’s historical role in defense and aerospace industries makes it a natural location for a practice oriented toward defense-industrial programs.

Rzeszów sits at the eastern flank of the European practice, eighty kilometers from the Ukrainian border and at the logistical heart of NATO’s security assistance architecture. It is the hub for corporate structuring, defense procurement compliance, and cross-border commercial work, the coordination point for programs within Central and Eastern Europe, and the jurisdiction from which much of the regulatory interface with the EU framework runs.

Kyiv houses the Ukrainian practice — reconstruction finance, infrastructure and energy transactions, critical materials, and the on-the-ground coordination that Ukrainian engagements require. The three offices together form an operational triangle matched to the regulatory and strategic geography of our work.
