The entity is registered for legal services, corporate headquarters management, commercial advisory, and market research — the full scope of activities required to support cross-border commercial transactions under Ukrainian law.

The Kyiv office serves as the firm's direct interface with Ukrainian regulatory bodies, commercial counterparties, and international development institutions.
