OFFICE · ATLANTA
The U.S. practice, from
Atlanta.
Atlanta is the base of Northline Counsel's U.S. practice. The office leads the firm's Regulatory and Cross-Border Commercial disciplines and coordinates the U.S.-facing work across all sectors.
CHARACTER
Atlanta has served for decades as the commercial and industrial capital of the American Southeast. The city combines a dense manufacturing supplier base, one of the busiest international airports in the world, and a deep corporate legal community — making it a natural operational center for a practice oriented toward cross-border commercial and regulated-industry transactions.
The city’s legal environment combines the procedural rigor of the federal regulatory framework with the commercial pragmatism of a Southern manufacturing economy. It is a productive environment in which to do regulated-sector and cross-border work — close enough to federal regulators in Washington to stay current, removed enough to bring cost and operational efficiency to the work.
Our Atlanta office is led by Paul F. Jannuzzo, who brings more than thirty years of operational experience in industrial law and management. The office serves U.S. clients directly, coordinates the U.S. elements of cross-border mandates originating from Rzeszów or Kyiv, and maintains the firm’s registration and compliance infrastructure with U.S. federal regulatory bodies.
