30+ YEARS OF PRACTICE

Paul Jannuzzo is the founding U.S. partner at Northline Counsel, resident in Atlanta. He brings more than thirty years of operational industrial and legal experience to cross-border defense-industrial transactions, export-controls practice, and industrial greenfield establishment in regulated jurisdictions.

From 1991 to 2003, Paul served as General Counsel of Glock, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Glock Ges.m.b.H., later taking on roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Vice President. He built the company's in-house legal function from its foundation and directed its regulatory compliance across ITAR, FCPA, and BATF frameworks during a period of substantial international expansion.

Following his tenure at Glock, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of CheyTac USA from 2004 to 2009, and subsequently held senior executive and counsel positions at SCCY Industries, Global Blue Technology, and other firms across the firearms, ammunition, and defense-industrial space. His operational experience includes greenfield defense manufacturing establishment in post-conflict jurisdictions, where he has personally directed the legal, regulatory, and operational architecture of industrial build-outs.

Paul is the founder of Kronstadt Advisory Services and a recognized practitioner in defense-industrial transactions. He has taught on high-stakes litigation for the Association of Corporate Counsel of Georgia and advises on matters at the intersection of commercial industry and defense procurement.
