BIOGRAPHY

EUROPEAN PRACTICE LEAD

Nikoletta Bielut is the founding European partner at Northline Counsel, resident in Warsaw. Her practice focuses on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, investment structuring for regulated industrial sectors, and the EU regulatory and dual-use framework.

Nikoletta serves concurrently as General Counsel of the RNR Group, a defense procurement and trading organization operating across U.S., Polish, and Ukrainian jurisdictions. In that capacity she directs corporate governance, commercial contracting, and the regulatory architecture underlying cross-border defense-industrial transactions — experience that directly informs her advisory practice at Northline Counsel for clients operating in the same regulatory environments.

Her work spans Polish, German, and EU corporate and commercial law, with particular depth in the regulatory interface between commercial industry and export-controlled sectors. She is admitted to the Polish Bar Council and advises in Polish, English, and German.
