Maksym Vasyliuk is Managing Director of Northline Counsel's Kyiv office, where he leads the firm's Ukrainian operations. He oversees the firm's engagement with Ukrainian regulatory bodies, commercial counterparties, and international development institutions active in the country's reconstruction and infrastructure investment landscape.
Maksym manages the firm's Ukrainian legal entity, Ultra Vires LLC, and serves as the primary point of contact for cross-border commercial mandates originating in or directed toward Ukraine. His practice focuses on market-entry advisory for foreign investors, regulatory navigation within Ukraine's evolving commercial legal framework, and coordination of multi-jurisdictional transactions between Ukrainian, Polish, and Western European counterparties.
He is based in Kyiv.
