UKRAINIAN PRACTICE LEAD
Maksym Kovalenko is the founding Ukrainian partner at Northline Counsel, resident in Kyiv. His practice focuses on infrastructure and energy transactions, reconstruction-finance structuring, and the regulatory framework governing Ukrainian industrial and resource assets.
He has advised on infrastructure, energy, and industrial transactions across Ukrainian jurisdictions, with a particular focus on reconstruction-phase mandates involving DFI co-financing, PPP frameworks, and the cross-border regulatory architecture that Ukrainian industrial and resource assets require.
Maksym is admitted to the Ukrainian National Bar Association (NAAU) and advises in Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
