Warsaw is the operational center of Northline Counsel's European practice. The office leads the firm's Cross-Border Investment Structuring discipline and coordinates the EU regulatory interface for all mandates.
CHARACTER
Warsaw has become, in the last decade, the operational center of Central European business and regulatory activity. The city’s growth from regional capital to continental financial and industrial hub reflects the broader shift in the European economic geography — away from the traditional western core and toward the Central and Eastern corridor.
For Northline Counsel, Warsaw is the natural European base. The Polish legal and commercial environment supports the full range of corporate, regulatory, and investment work that European and cross-border mandates require. The city’s position at the intersection of the EU framework, the NATO security architecture, and the Ukrainian reconstruction economy is precisely the intersection at which our practice operates.
Our Warsaw office is led by Nikoletta Bielut, who combines Polish and EU corporate and commercial practice with cross-border regulatory depth. The office coordinates the firm’s European client work, provides the EU regulatory interface for Atlanta and Kyiv mandates, and houses the firm’s cross-border investment-structuring team.

Nikoletta leads the European practice from Warsaw, coordinating EU regulatory and cross-border investment-structuring work for clients across the firm. She is the firm’s senior point of contact for European mandates and for the EU regulatory interface on mandates originating in other offices.
